Located in the heart of Etobicoke, Remo's Place Ltd offers an inviting retreat for lovers of authentic Italian cuisine. This charming eatery at 10 Taber Rd has garnered rave reviews, with patrons consistently praising its homemade pastas and pizzas. The highlights include the acclaimed lasagne, described as "the best ever" by a delighted customer, Ellen Preston. Regulars, like Courtnee Guenther's father-in-law, have been enjoying the incredible gnocchi for decades, illustrating the restaurant's longstanding reputation.
Guests appreciate the generous servings and delightful flavors that feel personal and authentic. Hilda Morrison’s husband fulfilled a craving for veal parmigiana—another standout dish—while Tatsiana Dickson lauded the attentive yet unobtrusive service. This balance of warmth and professionalism enhances the dining experience at Remo's Place.
Maria Gabriela Rivero Sanchez captures the essence best by noting that the food feels freshly crafted, echoing traditional Italian home cooking. Whether you're indulging in ravioli or bruschetta, Remo's emerges as a noteworthy hidden gem that promises to keep you returning for more sumptuous dishes.

Remo's is a great place to eat, amazing homemade pastas, and pizzas. My father in law has been dining here for 40years. Best gnocchi around!

My husband was craving veal parmigiana so googled restaurants near Woodbine Center and found Remo's place. Quaint little place with really good food. The servings were bigger than expected and were very delicious. Would definitely go back.

Best little bar in Etobicoke by far! The server is an absolute doll she was very polite, we've never experienced such great attitude; and we've been to a ton of different bars and restaurants scattered around Ontario. Prices are amazing, atmosphere is welcoming, the waitress/server doesn't come up to you every few minutes like at most places; she let's you enjoy your food, so to speak. Food... No comment, 10 stars if I could, mouth watering, so many different yummy flavors; I don't know what the chefs doing but keep it up! We will definitely be back more often. Thank you so much for this great experience!

Love this homemade Italian food restaurant. Their food is served freshly made and it truly tastes like an authentic Italian meal. 5/5 rating for food and service. Their raviolis, bruschettas and lasagnas are great! Very happy I got to know this hidden gem.

Stopped in here after visiting Costco. Small quaint place, with friendly staff. Food was amazing! We had the meatball and veal sandwiches, and spaghetti with tomato sauce and it did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend if your looking for an Italian dinner that won't gouge you price wise!

If you're looking for a family run, Italian version of Cheers, this is it! A great local experience where the seats at the bar are well occupied and the patrons engage in friendly conversation with new acquaintances and friends alike. It is a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant offers great Italian food; pasta, soup, veal cutlet panini, and more. The kitchen is run by a well seasoned Italian zia and her right hand, master chef Rudy. Rudy started his career in Italy at 13, and it is the only thing he knows. It shows in his cooking. The restaurant was originally located in the St. Claire/Suffering area decades ago. Today, its newer location is tucked away in a block with lots of parking. The decor has that Italian nostalgic flavour, accented with photographs of celebrity patrons. You'll find images of Doug Ford, Rocky Marciano, and others taken amongst the staff. I highly recommend the veal cutlet sandwich with the homemade tomato sauce. It is deliciously full of savory gusto. Then to top it off, get ready for a knock-out Tiramisu. It is the best restaurant Tiramusu I've tasted in Toronto. It usually made from scratch in the kitchen. You won't be disappointed. Thus is a great restaurant to take your family, friends or date. Viva la dolce vita. Enjoy the pics, and let me know what other businesses you would like me to review.
